Here are a couple pix of my new Squedge lap quilt. I just finished it today and it was such fun! Its approximately 60" x 60" and has 'back to front' machine binding. Next I plan to make a Squedge bed runner. I'm lovin my new ruler! Hope you enjoy looking.

Thanks. I bought my ruler on Ebay. There are several Squedge rulers and this one is the Squedge18. It makes 16" blocks. Watch out... its addictive! LOL

I have the ruler ...
you did a great job matching your blocks

oh, my, that looks like a math adventure to me. All those angles - I am glad you shared it with us - it is gorgeous and it looks difficult. Love the color combination as well. Great job.

very pretty. Is squedge the name of the ruler you used or just a typo?

No, its not a typo... A squedge is a square wedge. A wedge makes a circle, a squedge makes a square block.

Thanks. Its not any more difficult than the wedges in a Dresden Plate block. No math at all. If you look closely at the last picture you will see one block is made up of 20 wedges and a center circle. When the blocks are set together they form the secondary and terciary patterns. (But it makes my non quilting friends think it is!) LOL

Great quilt, glad to hear it was fun to do as it sure looks difficult to me.
