My grandson (13) is involved with the trap shooting club at his school. They are having a fund raiser Aug. 14th and he wanted me to make a wildlife quilt for their raffle. I needed something fast and this is what I came up with. I was afraid that I might not have time to piece the quilt and get it quilted in time. I have been selling tickets for him too.

Thanks for the kind words. I think he appreciates my work. He has helped me piece some blocks. I haven't finished that quilt yet. We have sold $300.00 worth of tickets for him and he (and his mom) have sold over $500.00. So I think it was worthwhile.

The raffle raised $6800. My grandson sold the most tickets and will receive a case of shells as a reward. He is really happy. There are 20 in the club. He sold $1035.00 worth of tickets.
