Have you tried Sandra Betzina's fitting books. Also her patterns. I have a large bust in proportion to the rest of me. As I have gotten older, it has also left me with a hollow chest and rounder shoulders. Her book solved so many problems and it's so easy to understand. I just googled her site and the books are on sale at a VERY good price.
