OOh jealousy. I can only dream of a room that size. I know it will never happen as I am in my last house. There will be no more moving in my future if I hav any say.

I'm excited for you. Yup we are in the same boat with mowing for hours. Someday we will move to a smaller place.

My sewing room is the same size as your current one and I have stuff piled in the floor as there is just not enough room. I have floor to ceiling shelving on 2 walls, the other two are the boundaries for my cutting and ironing tables. My sewing machine is in front of the only window.

I would love to move into the living room, but dh needs family space too. His room has his stuff, my sewing room has mine, and we share the bedroom. Our house is packed!
