Thank you My DH thought it was pretty cool that I only paid $4.oo and changed the room. I took a couple of hours to do.

What a "find!" It looks lovely in your room.

My deal of the day was a Singer sewing machine for $25. It needs to go see the machine doctor to find out why it sounds like a thrashing machine when it's running but it sews beautifully.

Lucky you. I have a friend that goes to estate sales and find old quilt tops and then hand quilt them. She loved hand quilting but does not like to make the tops. Some she has found are stunning once completed.

I can't even begin to tell you how much fabric, I have gotton at yard sales, estate sales, and various sewing notions. Went to a estate sale, about a month ago and got a lrg, very large plastic tub, with velvets, various wools, curdoroy, and bundles of several cotton prints, all for 5.00. I got the tub too.
