another sampler in the works [ATTACH=CONFIG]49401[/ATTACH] can't live in northern michigan without a maple leaf quilt of some sort. the center of this quilt was actually the beginning of a round robin [ATTACH=CONFIG]49402[/ATTACH] one of my Brother-in-law's is so into patriotic everything, when he got married it was on the 4th Of July and he wore an Uncle Sam Tux!!! this one was for him last christmas [ATTACH=CONFIG]49404[/ATTACH] |

I love the maple leaf one, I was not that keen on the maple leaf as a single block, but I ablsolutely adore the effect you've made here, absolutely gorgeous, really good to see what can be done. :-)

I love the maple leaf one! I just sat and stared at it! They're all so pretty, but this one was great!

oh the sampler quilt i am so far doing machine applique, blanket stitch. i tend to 'mix' it up, do machine on some, hand, needle turn, english paper piecing by hand...what ever i think it needs to be at the moment, i do alot of fusable and machine stitching though
