The stories in California of the devastating loss of housing from the gas explosion is so sad ..... but locally a dear friend of mine lost her home and contents due to an act of God - a lightening bolt struck their home. They were unable to get renter's insurance and have been homeless for nearly two months. A benefit has been scheduled and I donated this quilt for a raffle.
