And stopped to take a few pictures this go around. I love these old buildings and I have promised and promised myself that I would stop, so this time I did, I got some photos of the buildings and also snapped this....

This area is so beautiful! I loved traveling through here in the semi delivering farm equip to the ranches. We were able to get off of the beaten track and the scenery was gorgeous!!

I've never seen a baby elk. Lots of baby deer/fawns but no baby elk. Are they also called fawns?

Thanks! I was excited when I seen her, but she sure was moving when she seen me noticing her, very protective of her little one.

I am not sure what a baby moose is called?!

Landscape is beautiful (so are the elk).

I have lived in the midwest all my life. Makes me wonder what it would be like to live near the mountains. I am just use to flat land!
