Just went in looking for a couple novelty FQ for a project. Ended up bringing all this home.

ain't it fun??? Those are great fabrics. I'm really into the melon/orange/pink colors now, so I especially like the top right bundle!

I have some of these! The aqua and melon ones. I have several fat quarters from that line- I don't want to cut them- they are too pretty.

I love that black and white bundle, too.

You made a haul today! Are you sitting there petting them? (I would be!)

Lynette, you made out very well! :D Any plans for them, or just adding to the endless possibilities. Some of the fabrics in the top picture would make great pillowcases! And in the bottom picture (where those wonderful batiks are) there is a white, green and red fabric, but I couldn't tell what it had on it? Is it a Christmas fabric?

I've been petting them a lot. I'm really not sure what I am going to do with any of the yet. I just knew I had to have them. I have a plan forming in my mind for the tan, black, and white.

The white FQ in the bottom pic has school houses, open books and things like that. I am doing potholders for each month of the year for a secret sister and August will be back to school. The apples are for Septembers harvest time theme.

Each of the bundles have 5 1yd cuts. I got each bundle for $30 so I didn't think that was too bad considering the regular price was over $8yd.

Lisa - there's a pattern for that situation - it's called Just Can't Cut It! It uses large pieces. There are others too, but that name sticks in my mind. :)
