What a great find! I am glad you were able to set it to spruce it up. I have done this once and it is rewarding to see how your work can improve those little embroidery jewels. Darling finish.

I think you had a great idea to make each block a wonky setting. I've never done that, but like the look.

I just love it when someone rescues a quilt! For some reason it makes my heart race. The quilt is adorable and bless you for saving it and making it beautiful.

Thank you, everyone, for your kind words. Yes, I have done embroidery (still do). I am waiting to finish the binding until I can pick up the label at the local quilt shop. They are printing one for me that will have a picture of the original quilt and how I re-did it for the back.

I don't think I will be able to part with this quilt anytime soon. I am thinking of adding a sleeve to the back so I can hang it.
