Just a candle mat to go with the runner I'm doing for the folks. Not perfectly square, but then again I'm still getting use to the machine (and quilting). Besides, the perfect imperfection lets them know it's home made. :D

Steve great job. You don't have imperfections---- it is character traits.

Thanks all, the runner is still in the works though cutting the length of fabric for the border has me on edge (see post on the subject). I suppose I'll just suck up and cut it the best I can in the morning.

Steve, Your work is just fine. Love the colors! I plan on getting busy with Christmas runners real soon. Tomorrow I plan to finish quilting the other half of a memory quilt I'm working on. After I get the binding on that, then it will be on to runners. Thanks for the inspiration!

Nicely done!!!

That sure did turn out pretty Steve. Worth all your hard work! I love how you tied it on the back instead. It keeps the top "un-cluttered" looking and smoother for putting on a candle. They'll love this.

mimisharon 09-23-2007 06:36 AM

Ya done good!! Will you adopt me???

ladymyste 09-23-2007 06:42 AM
