That is just beautiful. I am sure she was elated. Great job - now make her a quilt to go with the cake - one that looks just like her cake, but not edible lol -so she can keep it for years to come. Mom you did good!!! Don't you just love working with rolled fondant? When I was making cakes that was my favorite icing to work with.

Amazing!

AMAZING, your daughter must have been thrilled.

Well, not being a cake decorator, I was going to make a joke about printing the photos as we do on quilts. What a surprise to find you actually do! Adding vodka to the icing must make it a big hit. What does that do? I know nothing about decorating cakes!! I would love to see the real thing. And to think in my day we were excited to be able to eat the flowers. How beautiful!!!

What a cute cake and so nice for a graduate.

Wow! You could make big bucks making those cakes for sale. It is really beautiful! BTW, I just read that those TV Show cake bakers with the specialty cakes sell them for thousands if $$$!

Very cute cake. Great job and congratulations to the grad.

Very cute! What a great idea to use pictures on the cake. I might have to borrow that idea for my daughters graduation next year. I have made many cakes with rolled fondants and know how much work they are. Good job!
