What a fabulous tradition. All your 'grands' will have such great memories of making their quilts with you. With luck, both the memories and the quilts will last through their lifetimes.

What is the name of the pattern? I would love to do one with my DGD. She has taken an interes in sewing. I bought her a piece of material with elastic gatherd an one end. She made a little sun dress.All she had to sew was one seam and hem, but she was really proud of it. |
