Aw, she did a great job on her first quilt. I bet she is already working on her 2nd quilt. I will help you get pics to the board. Do you see the pic in your folder "Pictures" on your computer? If you are in your thread that you started, you will see the icons at the top of the text area. Hover your mouse over the 3rd icon from the far right and you will see "insert image". Click on that. Make sure your on the "from computer" tab (at the top of that pop-up screen) and select "choose file" on that screen. Now locate your picture in your picture files and double-click on that picture. Click "upload file" and your done!
