I was given this quilt to do the longarming on. It was a simple top with pinks and greens and then minkee for the back. Then I find out.... this was a gift for the new Grandma to be. The ladies were throwing a "First Time Grandma" party and this quilt was one of the gifts. In the fabric print there was a tiny bunny, so that is what I used for the pattern idea.
This was quilted on my Gammill Statler and I used 100% cotton Legacy batting. Thank you for taking a look. Rose The bunny quilting. The quilting in the blocks. The back and the quilting with minkee. |

So cute - great job...Was the minky difficult to work with on your longarm? I am considering using it but have heard that its slippery to work with....

However when you load the minky you can not stretch it just keep it flat. I also recommend that you use some sort of batting... it helps with keeps things flat and not stretching. then just quilt it as you would any other quilt. Rose |
So sweet, love the quilting!
