When soon to be 5 year old Tyler proudly told me "Nana, I am bigger than my quilt now." (made as a snuggly for him whenhe was 2), I knew it was time to make new one.
I called this "Crazy Man" because that is his current favorite saying, and the back and pillow case fabric have hockey stuff all over in all the colors of the front.
I can't wait to give it to him next weekend.

Forgot to take a pic of him with his new quilt but the first thing he said was "COLORS", gave me big hug then he wanted me to put it on his bed. When he saw the hockey fabric on the back and hugged be again and said "you love me so much Nana"

Worth every stich and more to hear a 5 year old so excited by a quilt
