Here is my first big project after a couple of smaller quilts. For accuracy, the piece was machine assembled, hand quilted. Although my stitches are not small, I'm pleased with how consistent they are. It was certainly a learning experience. The lessons learned will be brought to the next piece.

Wow, what a wonderful quilt. Your stitching looks flawless!!!! How many hours did it take you?

I truly wish I had kept a counting of the quilting hours involved but let's just say it took me from mid July until late November to cut, piece, and quilt. I'd sit every couple of days and work for one to two hours but no more as my carpal tunnel syndrome would act up. There were weeks when I barely touched it.
This does not, in any way, help you,I'm sure but that's an approximation of the time involved.
