This quilt has a combo of two different patterns...Batik Steps and Lasagna strips...I stared it about 4 to 5 years ago and it was for our friend's 60th birthday but now he's 63...lol...Dh, kept asking when I was going to give him a gift for his birthday each year...Now I can' say this year, this coming Sept...

Took 3 years to get greens of light and dark, and I found out I can't work with just one color to long...lol..

Oh my goodness, this is so beautiful. Green is the loveliest color ever. You really dressed it up with the white. Thanks so much for sharing.

Okay, I don't want to appear dumb, but I guess I am. How are those white squares put in there? Or are those all tiny rows sewed together? It is absolutely gorgeous!

Well, maybe I DON'T want to make one of those. That sure is a lot of seaming. I can see why it took you so long. I hate UFO's so I tend to make things I can do in just a couple days. Maybe I have ADHD or something, but I have to stick with whatever I start till I am done or it never gets done. I say YEA to you :!: :lol: :thumbup:
