I bought these at a garage sale a few years ago - still don't know what to do with them - they are the ends of the bolts of FEED SACKS from when they sewed up feedsacks for animal feed at some factory? They are pristine - very nice smooth fabric - pinked edges. The one has a striped design and it is VERY straight. Just put them in a bag and weighed them - almost 10 pounds!

Awesome! They'd be great for a log cabin.
One of these days you'll see a pattern and thing WOW I have just the fabric for that!
Lucky you!! You'll find the right pattern for them sometime!
The big roll on the left looks very much like some fabric my mom used back when I was in school to make shoe bags for keeping your shoes separate from your clothes in your suitcase.
That's alot of fabric. Have fun doing whatever.
Lucky you!

Lucky you!!! I see a 30's/40's quilt top in your future, I must be psychic. LOL

Those are pretty! I have never sewn with feed sacks, but they are very popular! google "feed sack quilts" to give you an idea!
Eleanor Burns Eggmoney pattern book has a LOT of quilts for that era fabric.
