What cute potholders! Timing of this is great because a friend is having a birthday next month, and I will make these for her. I like the fabric you used better than the ones on Martha's website (sorry Martha!).

These are sooo cute! I plan to make some for Christmas gifts! Thanks for posting!

Those are pretty! I made some similar to those a few years back. The kit I used was pretty pricey for 2 potholders!

Nice binding!!!! And really cute potholders.

Yes that is a great pattern and well done! I've made a few sets of those, but hate the curved binding. Although, on the last pair I finally made my own biased binding up, instead of using the purchased stuff, and Elmer's school glue and the result was much better and easier. I love using them too!

Thanks so much for the nice comments. While I was making mine, I made a set for my sister-in-law and just delivered them. She was happy!

Some time ago I did download the free pattern, but for me, the Handy Heart pattern (that's it's name) is easier because the curves, dip and point are less pronounced. For something I'm going to make over and over, I don't mind paying for the pattern.

One thing I've learned is that a kind of mottled fabric, especially for the binding, shows the inevitable grease spots less. :)
