That is what you call "perfection". Perfect fabric for the perfect pattern to make one spectacular quilt.

We actually decided to go with that blue for the backing. It's a gorgeous blue fabric (you should see it up close). I've used it on a couple other quilt backings as well and I use the leftover on the future quilt tops (the blue on this border was leftover backing from another quilt).

I've made this one and you'd never know that yours and mine are the same pattern. Your choice of fabrics and color is perfect. Usually I only make a given pattern once, but looking at yours makes me want to try it again.

Well, I ended up getting a yellow ribbon for my quilt at the quilt show last weekend!
I really did not expect to get anything since there were so many really, really nice quilts.
