I haven't been here long but I've made some really good friends since I joined. One of them sent me wonderful goodies (well more than one of them have, but I received one of them today) for my birthday today. So sweet.

And MissusFear, another friend, sent me a cook book the other day, it's a little uhm.. politically incorrect in it's title and recipe names so I won't share it here but we're both recipe junkies. hehe. And the recipes look really good.
And Brenda21 told me she was sending me something as well. I wasn't expecting that at all. MaryToddliz sent me some fabric for my birthday as well. I feel so loved. |

I love them all.. the ladies of this board. I don't keep many friends and it wasn't until the last few years that I started having female friends, but the female friends I did find were so busy clubbing and drinking and being something I'm not even REMOTELY close to.. Well I wasn't really a crafty quilty person but my mom is, so I was like.. eh.. I need a hobby.. why not.. and I've got some good friends now! And not just cause they send me pretty things :D though that always helps.. tee hee.
