Neat that she enjoys your handiwork. I see a future quilter......:)

How heart warming! Obviously, you make fine quilts too. When my son's 2 "blended" with another family with 2 children, they were upset to find their new siblings were quiltless and immediately shared, their own decision. Your granddaughter, like mine, obviously knows that her quilts represent being wrapped in your love, a good thing for any child to know.

I may be prejudice but I think that girls may appreciated items made especially for them over the guys. It is always such a great feeling when the person you made a quilt for is overjoyed.

Let's you know that all that work is worth it and appreciated. I gave my youngest son a quilt just a few years ago for Christmas. It was the Carpenter's Square ( he loves carpentry work) and the first things is did with it was take it home and hang it. What a thrill that was for me! ! I knew he really loved it. I put a sleeve on every quilt I make , so it can be hung or not.

A wonderful grand daughter to display your quilts, but then they are beautiful😄

Me too! Both of my grand kids love my quilts. Zach has one at the LAQer now and he is thrilled. Gabi got another one recently and both use them all the time.

I am impressed with organization and cleanliness of your granddaughter's bedroom. My granddaughters just don't see a need I guess. They do use their quilts though.

That is awesome! I feel the same when I see quilts I made be appreciated. I love the way she decorated her room. All of the different colors & textures but she makes everything work beautifully.

Great GD you have there. Her room is really cute. Looks like she likes her sweet Grandma and her quilts.
