Our Quilts for Kids chapter in Round Rock TX is on a roll! We have made almost 250 quilts since January! We are a very small group, less than 10, and have been using all of our scraps and buying what we can to fill in for the rest. We are having a garage sale this coming weekend, so I thought I would use up some smaller scraps overflowing out of my basket to make and sell these bags. Will sell them for $10 each, if embellished, then $15. They are really fun to make! Thanks for looking and thank you to all that participate in ALL charities, every stitch is a heart mended!

those look so nice, bet they sell fast! Did you make one for yourself? Wow your group should be very proud of themselves, that is quite an accomplishment.

You go, Maggie! Your bags came out so cute. I tried one made from 4" squares that were cut out from the bottom of some totes I was making and it didn't quite look like yours. Do you put another layer of fabric between the outside and inside of your squares? (Yea...RR Quilts for Kids!)

Yeah for your group! So wish I had time to support such a project. We have small group (4) who do a few at church, but nothing like yours. You are making such a difference in many lives. Good luck with your sales!
