So this is my going to be my block for my boyfriends harley davidson quilt I'm making him for xmas. I bought sheets covered in the emblem and am cutting them out individually and going to piece them together. I'm actually pretty proud of myself as I had to rearrange all the measurments due to a bigger than expected emblem! Thanks for looking!!

I love how you fussy cut this emblem and the sashing is awesome!!! :D :D :D

I hope that you don't mind that I fixed it so the pic would appear easier for those on dial up

Great job!

I have made quilts out of Harley T-shirts for our motorcycle club to raffle off. So if he has any shirts that he doesn't wear any more, don't fit, have a stain or whatever you could use that as well because most the time the best imprint is the one on the back from the dealership. But I'm not sure how you would get it without spoiling the surprise of Christmas.

Love how you used official Harely colors for the sashing too!

Great Job ! He will love it , who wouldn't

And a clever way to get the fabric you want when they don't sell it as regular fabric

So very cool. Glad my brothers do not know about this board or they would both be begging for a Harley Quilt :). Also, love the border colors too :).

I totally agree! I hadn't thought of using sheets. How clever of you!
