I found this easy way of hanging wall quilts on the internet....I think it was posted here possibly...(senior moment!!) Anyway, asked my DH if he cut cut me a length of dowelling, and look what he came up with...AND it works perfectly keeping all sides nice and straight!! Heres some pictures so you can see how he constructed it!! :D :D |

(Needless to say...worry I did as it's my first wall hanging..and it's precious.... :? ) Out comes the work bench... tenon saws.....BIG tools!!! "But honey...you only need a hacksaw, I only need you to cut it to length...blah blah blah"....over HIS head my suggestion went..... :shock: BUT TAH DAH - as you see HE CAME UP TRUMPS!!! :D :D :D So he got a great big - WELL DONE from me !! :lol: :lol: Stress levels returning to normal ....... :roll: :wink: |
