ubequilting inspired me with her beautiful HCB block a few weeks back. I’m adding blocks to make a BOM bigger and decided to see what I could do with HCB. I couldn’t find a pattern to follow so I sort of made it up as I went. Here are two versions using the fabric I’m using in my BOM. Thank you, lulu!

Hot Cross Buns. I used HCB because that is how ubequilting first posted her picture.

Such pretty blocks Beverly. Great fabrics. The Hot Cross Bun block is from Bonnie Hunter and can be found at Quiltville. A versatile building block for many patterns.
