Healing the Spirit Memorial Quilt
1 Attachment(s)
First and foremost thanks for looking! This quilt was put together by the people in it. My son is in the middle row, the middle block. My son passed away 6 years ago this February. He was a tissue donor. The people that put this quilt together volunteer for the organ/tissue donor center in Virginia. Needless to say they have been instrumental in my grief journey. I put my own square together and sent it in. I must say it's a touching tribute to our beloved family members who have crossed over. The quilt will be displayed during events that take place for donors/recipients. I couldn't be more proud than to see my son's memory being displayed for his daughter to see when she grows up. I plan to send this group some type of quilting supplies as an infinite thank you for their labor of love for our beloved. Again, thanks for looking!
