ok so I saw this pattern not too long ago
done with 8 fat quarters. Here is a picture of what it is NOT, but its the closest thing I could find. let me explain, the pattern has rectangles with 2in strips of white between them, and white sashing in between rows. what I found online was squares, but not rectangles. then I tried drawing what I was thinking, but it doesnt loook quit right. . but close. Does anyone reconize this pattern or something simular to it?? help, its driving me crazy! this is one i found with squares, but i want rectangles this is waht I drew, sorry an artist i am not |

I saw one with rectangles not long ago, but don't remember where it was. If I run across it again, I will send it to you.
Looks like bricks.
You can do it, you don't need a pattern!
It reminds me of a keyhole block. Here is a Video. Only this pattern is more narrow. Hope this helps.

Will try again. http://chasingcottons.blogspot.com/stash-and-slash Sorry, link still not working. Trying again. http://chasingcottons.blogspot.com/p/tutorials.html Go down a bit. The quilt is called 'Stack and Slash'. |
I like your drawing and you can do this without a pattern.

I would think you could make one without a pattern,
To me it looks like Happy Zombie's Rectangle Reverie quilt?

Create it and call it "up against a brick wall".
Seems like I seen one similar on the moda bakeshop site.
You can use the easy does it pattern and add sashing.
