Did you get the red thread at you LQS?
|
No from a friend she got it at an auction in a box that she wonted. Can you tell me where to get some at should I order it on line?
|
That is pretty !
Do you know what brand of thread you have now ? Wonder if the problem si that the thread is old ? |
I have heard of embroidery thread colors running, but have not heard of it with sewing thread. Contrary to some peoples beliefs, polyester thread will not damage the fabric in your quilt. I doubt very much that it would be a problem, although I must say I have never had a problems with any cotton thread I have used.

Polyester machine embroidery thread is pretty to use for blanket stitching. It is thicker than piecing thread, and it won't bleed either :D:D:D
|
I think it's going to be beautiful!
I agree with Amma. After all the time and expense making these blocks, you deserve a quality thread. |
I've never had thread that would bleed. might get a little fuzz, which might look like it was bleeding.
|
Your blocks are very pretty.
