OMG! I LOVE your quilt! Bright and Beautiful! I love the pattern you used, too. I have a lot of the black background mod prints left over from an earlier project and I think something like yours is near the top of my bucket list!
I love your colors and pattern... I understand you just cut your blocks, but having a hard time picturing your block before you cut it.... would love to know what your org block looked like.....
thanks sherry |
Love them all
Have a Blessed day Ellen |
That is nice color and love the colors of it and what pattern did you use as that is a quilt i would love to make .
Tell us the name please.
You have some great fabric in that quilt, very nice, and I like the treatment on the back.
Very bold, beautiful, bright and makes me smile!
name is bento box.... it is very easy... you start with the small block in the centre and add another block to it the same size, then the next strip is the length of those two and so on and so on.... just have a good look at the pictures and you will get it...the little block is two and a half inches, do two of those... the next strip to that is four and a half inches, then six and a half inches and if there is another one it will be eight and a half inches.. all two and a half inches wide... use your jelly rolls... they are great for that.
I can't see any joins so she has made them different from my blocks... google bento box and get the pattern... there is another way too and that is where you make a whole block (four of those squares joined together) then cut them into four up the middle and across then put them with other colours... google will tell you anyway.
