Oh that's a neat looking quilt! What do you mean it needs a little press? Do you press it after it's quilted?

Yvonne 07-29-2007 03:44 PM

Patrice,
I'll be home on Tuesday! I'll expect you, say around 10? Those are my colors (all colors are my colors, actually!)
The quilt turned out beautiful! It looks absolutely warm and cozy. Lovely to look at too!
You get a star in your quilting crown today!

Very nice Patrice! Love the colors! Great pattern too!

Moonpi 07-29-2007 04:00 PM

Very sweet! The folded fabric flowers really set it off. Not my colors, but it looks so pretty and delicate, ya' gotta love it.

Wow!!! thanks! :P

i throw all the quilts i make into the washer to make sure they can survive if the new owner needs to do the same. since i don't normally toss them into the dryer, they usually need a bit of a press to put them back into proper shape just before they're fully dry.

i can't make up my mind which one to start on next. i have so many patterns to prepare for the testing stage (preliminary instructions, etc) and send out. it's hard to choose. and you guys keep giving me more and more ideas!!!

there's one in particular calling to me. (if i can just get the correct image to post!!!)

WOW :!:

Very nice quilt Patrice, Somebody is going to enjoy getting that today.

Your design is very interesting and has a lot of movement and draws the eye around the quilt. I particularly like the secondary patt created when the two blocks are put together, makes it look like a diagonal set
You are very gifted, and is only my opinion but I think your designs are very saleable, just don't give too many away ok :-)

patricej 07-31-2007 02:45 PM

thanks. those are very nice and encouraging compliments. :P

Really nice.! I am jealous! I have so many UFO's I think they like living here and they are in no hurry to get done and move away from home. But yours is really lovely.
