Here are my first projects.
Here it is from farther back. Hi! I am new to the boards and new to quilting. This is my first project. It is a weighted blanket for my daughter with autism. It is filled with poly pellets. Once I made that one my other daughters and boyfriend also want one. So here is a close up of Amber's. It is a scrapy made with flannel. Looking good - were the pellets hard to work with?
Nice job. The flannel quilts are so cuddly.
Beautiful. They make me want to cuddle up under them. I am making my first flannel quilts and I love the feel of the fabric. Great job.
Not really. But I had no earlier experience. I just cut rectangles, sewed them closed almost to the end but left a big enough whole to get a funnel into. Filled about 1/3 with pellets then sewed the rest of the way up. I was finding pellets all over the place though. Still find one once in a while. :)
