Beautiful scrappy quilt!

I had some requests for the pattern - it's called "Depression Block" http://www.quilterscache.com/D/DepressionBlock.html and the main thing I did different was that I cut my scraps into 4 inch squares, and then put a dark square with a light square (right sides together), trying to put together ones that I thought would look good together (but not being too anal). I did this INSTEAD of cutting the squares into triangles. Then I made two identical HST's using the method as follows...... http://www.quiltpox.com/HST/HSTtutorial.html using Method 1. I hope this makes sense. I had lots of fun moving them around on my design board until I was happy with the layout. Hope you enjoy making it - I sure did!
