One of the gals I work with LOVES long hots. She eats them everyday for lunch! I saw this in the The Quilter Magazine(Dec/Jan) I had to make it for her. I also had to share it with all of you.

That is lovely....I have never heard chili peppers called long hots!! And I'm from TX! We eat them here almost everyday with a lot of different things! had them this am for breakfast on our eggs!
