It never fails. All projects that seem quick and easy make you crazy. I'm glad you whipped it. It is a lovely quilt.

I am glad I am not the only one who has problems with "simple" projects! LOL! Sorry it was such a chore, but it is an absolutely beautiful quilt for your efforts. I LOVE LOVE the bright fabrics you used! Your quilt will bring lots of smiles :)

It is SO cute, they're going to love it! Are the name letters appliqued on? Where did you find that font?

Absolutely ADORABLE. Love the fabric choice, bright but not "babyish" - he'll be able to use that for quite awhile :)

I agree with above person that hearing the background story makes it all so much more real for us out here in viewer-land :)
So glad for you since you had already sprayed it that you got everything to cooperate and you have a wonderful gift to give.
Hope the little one comes along nicely.

Quilt looks lovely I would never have guessed what a headache if not for your narrative. Cheered me up....things like that happen to me when I am trying to help out!

Precious quilt. And prayers for the new baby. Aren't you so glad you got it done. Good job. We women do really work best under pressure. LOL

The name is appliquéd. The font is a WordPerfect font called Ravie.
