Have had this top around forever!
I took a quilting embroidery design and increased it and printed it out
Then I printed on Floriania stitch n wash
Was worried about it clogging washer so I put a very wet wash cloth and it came off so easy
Was also worried about drawing on the white
This is also good for pp.

Very nice! You had a great idea. I may have to try that myself.

FabStripper 06-11-2015 11:48 AM

Did you put the stitch and wash through your printer? I never heard of doing this. I love the look of your snowflake and will like to try this but need more help please.

Do you think this would work for longarm quilting? I have never heard of Floriania - will have to look it up. where do you buy it?
Thanks

Looks great have you tried the "Frixion " pens ? I like the blue it comes off the easiest with heat. I would love to see the whole quilt those colours look super

Gaga, for LA you can also use Solvy water soluble stabilizer but I don't think you can put that through a printer. It comes in rolls and in sheets but is cheaper to buy in rolls.

Great suggestion and your hand quilting is very nice! I don't do hand quilting, but may start on some of my miniature quilts. Susan
