This block really threw me a curve, but I worked through it. It took me a few tries (and some unsewing) but I like the end results.

There seems to be alot of interest in marking. For the center wreath I used this stencil by Pam Clarke and a pounce pad. For the side feathers, I dug out a template out of my scrapbooking supplies. I use white school chalk, the dustier the better, in other words, CHEAP. It wipes right off.

Thanks for the tips...I like how you are so talented that you just do the guideline/registration marks, then freemotion the feathers. I'll keep practicing!!
