How to quilt this Runner?

I just put this together yesterday for DGD and I love the fabric, but I am at a loss as to how to quilt it and would be ever so thankful for any suggestions, keeping in mind I'm not real skilled yet.

It's a cute panel, how about a meadering/stiple, or loops!

Very pretty! I think a decorative stitch over the dark line that separates the designs and then some stippling and/or echo stitching around the block designs would be nice. Meandering and/or loops in the borders.

I would outline the different panels and do a some kind of looping pattern for the big border - but that's just me.

I would do some SITD and a little meandering.

I would enhance each block make it look like it was pieced and do some back ground fill after outlining the item in the block.

Great Panel! I would outline the items and then stipple...just like Charmy said.

A little stitch in the ditch and some out line would look great, nice panel

Beautiful, I usually always do a large stipple, FMQ, meandering, whatever it's called.

Thank you! Actually, it's yardage not a panel, but I just thought it was so pretty. I guess I'll outline everything as suggested.
