I posted this top a while ago, and I've since added a 5" brown border to the whole thing. I'm not sure how to quilt it though, I'm kind of tired of all over meandering fmq, so I kind of want to do something different, but not too complex. I really suck at STID, because I can't seem to stay in the ditch, lol, so any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Did you see Eddie's bargello? He sort of followed the movement of the curves with the quilting. It looks awesome, of course.
I'm attempting to do that on my bargello. Let's just say, I'm not Eddie but I'll bet you could make it look great. |

I just stippled mine, but Eddies take on it sounds wonderful. I may have to make another just to try it.

For the Bargello in my avatar, I quilted spirals all over the inner portion. Then I added some different motifs in the borders.
