Hubby's OSU Star Quilt back from Long Arm
4 Attachment(s)
My husband wanted a one of a kind Ohio State Quilt and with all the new fabric that came out in August, I began working using several elements together. We picked it up today at the long arm quilter and now all I have to do is do the binding. I designed the back so that it can still be used After football season ;-)

That is a very handsome and dramatic quilt. I love that it's reversible too. Very beautiful work.
|
very nicely done!!!!!

I like both sides! The OSU fabric side is tasteful and I would use that anyway after the season.
|
After football season? There is no after in our house. It immediately becomes countdown to next season!
Seriously, it's a great quilt. I'm sure he will enjoy it. |
Being an OSU fan myself, its gorgeous! Quite Jealous, I'll have to add it to the list!!

Awesome job!

 Love it! I have made two OSU quilts for my sons. They have the OSU logos and the Ohio Star. Presently I am piecing another scarlet and gray quilt in the Buckeye Beauty pattern. My oldest son is a grad student at UCLA, but he will have none of the yellow and blue on his bed. The Buckeye Beauty quilt will be queen size, and I'll present it to our son when he graduates in 2015. Once a Buckeye, always a Buckeye. I'll share the photos of your fab quilt with my sons.
