Ditto, ditto, ditto! These are all just adorable! The little quilt is so sweet & soft. I love Sunbonnet Sue. Your grandbabies sure are lucky to have such a talented & generous Grammy!

Lucky child to receive such a beautiful gift. Heirloom.

How sweet! My mom made a similar quilt for our oldest daughter with the same sunbonnet dolls and gave it to her on her 1st birthday. It's on her bed right now and she's 10. It's still the quilt she requests every summer. I noticed last night that it's starting to show some wear, on the embroidery. (Our daughter has dust allergies which requires that her bedding -quilts included- be washed regularly in very warm water.)

Wow you are a busy lady with a lot of very lucky little ones!

I finally had to baste the satin binding on and then machine zigzag all the way around. Then I hand whip stitched the mitered corners. Hope this helps.

What beautiful work you do! However did you get the satin binding on the blanky so perfect? I've tried that many times with no success and a lot of frustration I finally gave up trying to master it. Any tips? And congratulations on the newest bud on the family tree.

Absolutely beautiful. Congrats! I admire anybody who does hand embroidery. IMHO, it adds a personal touch to anything it's on. The bibs are adorable. Thanks for sharing.
