Oh my, maybe I won't send more fabric up for you too soon. Then again.

It's all in the eye of the beholder....to me, that picture shows a working space and one that is really organized! Lovely quilt on ironing board, BTW....

For all you who say your room is a mess... here is a REAL mess!

I am between projects at the moment, and have just taken in a large donation of fabric that someone gave to the guild and nobody else wanted (a lot of it is not cotton and I'll be using it for costumes). I have more fabric than storage space, so it's overflowing into the hallway.

And yes, I have to clean before I start my next project - a king-sized quilt for my niece's wedding.

I'll take free fabric and a temporary clutter anytime!

Alright here it is 10 minutes ago, does it matter if I am getting a new heater?

Your space is not so bad, kinda nice.

When I am working in my mess I see only what I am working on, all else ceases to exist. When I am so engrossed in a project I can barely walk away from it, I forget to eat, comb my hair or get dressed. Now when I am done and look around, I say self did you really not get dressed for 2 days and was it yesterday or the day before when you combed your hair? I vow to be better honest, but now and again just working and being one with my work is enough. I can clean it up when I am stuck or between.

My stash was built up over a very long period of time. At least 16 years.
