I too have wanted to do the 3D tumbling blocks, now you have inspired me to get going. Yours is a beaut!

that came out great.. love the bright colors set off by the black... this is on my to do list someday..

Congratulations! Keep challenging yourself. I will be taking a one-day class in October to learn how to do this pattern. With my illness, my problem solving skills are zero. Want to make this for one of my grandsons.
