I only had to go to Warrenton to do it, these were only $5 each. Yea!

I have been needing a couple for scraps and other storage. To cheap to pay full price.

Great deal. I just went in last night and signed up for the Goodwill newsletter so I could get the coupons everyone is talking about.

Ya gotta love Goodwill. I've gotten so many wonderful buys there. Some for sewing and some not. I got a $99.99 Melissa and Doug folding horse stable for only $4.96 a few months ago. It was nearly pristine. I have a friend who's daughter loves My Little Ponies and now she has a barn to put them in. I'm going to our local one on Wednesday--Senior Discount you know.

Oh Lucky You! I have been wanting these storage items myself, but the cost prevents it at this time. I am happy that you found these for such a great price!

My sister loves the Goodwill, me on those rare occasions that I do go, I never see anything worth buying for me.
I'm glad you found just what you needed - a good deal is a good deal.

I rarely find a bargin at the Goodwills near the town where I live, but got lucky with these. I think that is why I don't go to Goodwill often. I have to drive to a neighboring town and it just isn't worth it unless I happen to be in that town.

Great deal.

Wow, you did great! I never find such good deals at ANY thrift store around here.

amandasgramma 10-31-2011 09:50 PM

You may have "only gone to Warrenton", but you had a blast at the quilt retreat!!! AND found a great bargain! Congrats!

slk350 10-31-2011 09:59 PM

That's quite the bargain, they are usually about $20 each

wanda lou 10-31-2011 10:02 PM

Last yr right after Halloween, Walmart had all of their Halloween colored storage containers on sale for almost nothing. I got quilte a few then but you better believe I will be checking them out this week to see if they are doing the same thing again this year.
