it is a knemore and it is fine but just the basice. it is only 8 years ld so I am goign to also use it and maybe give to my daughter one day.

Me too!! I bought my DC2010 last summer. Didn't think there was any point to all the stitches. I was wrong. I love it. Mostly I love the way the needle threads, darn tri-focals.
