What does OBW mean?

wraez 12-28-2010 04:19 PM

How much yardage is recommended for an OBW? I know it will differ by size of quilt and by the measurement of the repeat ...

just an aprox?

One Block Wonder ... OBW

Uses just one fabric cut into different blocks creating a Wonder quilt.

Have never made one, yet, and that is the best way I can explain it. I'm sure others will be more succinct.

Very nice...this is on my "to do" list for this year.

Oh my, those are pretty. Can't wait to see the finished quilt.

Very nice - - the movement in the original fabric really translated to amazing blocks. A OBW is on my list of "want to do's" and this just inspires me to look for fabric to play with. Looking forward to seeing your progress and final product.
