It made me cry when the ACS told me two little ones were 'laid to rest with their dolls'. I pray for a cure.

Hard enough for adults, but for children. is beyond sad.

Can I have your pattern. I am a cancer survivor and would love to do this for a little girl.

Check out Keepsake Quilting for skin-colored fabric. Their last catalog carried quite a large selection of various colors.

is that on-line...Keepsake Quilting??? I will try to find it. Thanks. It isn't easy to find any skin tones that are fairly close. I am looking for pinkish-peach, asian tones, african-american, native american, and all that. Thanks for your help.

I don't have a pattern except the one I made on my own....very simplistic. If you feel like you can trust me with a place to mail it, I will try to make you a pattern. It will be out of newspaper, and I will type out how to put it together. You are welcome to it, if you want to try.

Also sew lots of different fabrics and trims together to get the amount of material you need.

Let me know and i will help if I can.
