I've been enjoying the photos of everyone's tote bags and decided to try my hand at it. Thanks for the inspiration! I chose an easy project beacuse I had no idea what I was doing. This will be a great bag for small projects. Can anyone guess what fabric line this is?

Great tote! Love the quilting on it!

Great colors! Thimbleberries came to mind first when I saw the brown on the sides--but I didn't think the other pieces were-- I love that main brown.
Totes are certainly the craze now--and I can see why!! I bet teachers would love these. |
You did a wonderful job....I would for sure use it!! I also love Thimbleberries fabric!! Keep up the great work!!

It is really cute, love the colors. How long did it take you to make it? do you have a pattern that you can share? I would love to make a few of those.

Hugs! She has alot of great bag patterns. |
Thanks everyone! The pattern is by Tammy Tadd and it was super easy to make. It only took me about 2 hours to make it. It is meant to be a book tote so it is extra sturdy. Here is the link to the pattern:

Very nice tote. Can't wait for all my company to leave so I can start sewing in earnest again.

Marked the link, my daughter (who's going to be a teacher) hasn't seen my finished tote yet but I bet she'll want one, for all her books and stuff.
