I think a little narrow white border then the wider green. But not as wide as the red. Beautifully done!

Another idea...I have done quilts with just an accent between the border and the quilt. I do that by cutting strips of fabric about 1 inch wide and then fold in half like you would for binding. Add that to the quilt with the folded age toward the center. Then add the border. It will make about a 1/4 inch accent between your quilt and border. I still go for the green border just because I like a darker border rather than a white or light.

Green is better or nothing would work for me. White is a bit bold
